1st Day of Ramadhan

Oh man, I missed my sahur this morning. Actually, I already expected I’m gonna miss it because I slept at 1 am and planned to get up at 3 or 4 am. Deep in my heart, I knew I wouldn’t make it, and it’s so true! So today, it was like 12 o’clock in the afternoon and I’m already starving!

Walked to the station quite early today considering no breakfast is going to be served this month. Well, I rarely have breakfast though actually. The weather was quite cold this morning. Even along the journey started from Purfleet to Barking station, the weather was extremely misty. You can’t see anything except mist.

Had solat Zuhur at mosque today since I didn’t go out for lunch. Actually my boss invited me to come along with him. The mosque was quite packed but not really. I mean, not as pack as friday prayers. Just that people won’t be that many if it isn’t Ramadhan I reckon. So, it’s a good sign I guess.

Can’t wait to go home. First day of Ramadhan was full of temptation. The food especially. Hope I’ll be better on the next day. Well, if I had sahur it wouldn’t be that bad I reckon. Just have to ensure everything is ready tonight and when I get up, I just can straight away eat!

5 minutes to go home! Woohoo! I’m signing out. Brain isn’t functioning anymore.
